Warranty & Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our GPS trackers. Please read our policy carefully.

30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Geo Tracks Go GPS tracker. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the original delivery date
  • In its original packaging with all accessories included
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us - Email our support team at [email protected] to request a return authorisation.
  2. Pack securely - Place the tracker and all accessories in the original packaging, ensuring it is well protected for transit.
  3. Ship the item - Send the package to the address provided in your return authorisation email. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
  4. Receive your refund - Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

Important Note

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly dispatched. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Warranty Coverage

All Geo Tracks Go GPS trackers come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What IS Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Faulty electronic components that fail under normal use
  • Battery defects (excluding normal battery degradation over time)
  • GPS or connectivity failures due to hardware faults

What is NOT Covered

  • Water damage - Damage caused by submersion, excessive moisture, or liquid ingress
  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or mishandling
  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Damage from improper use or failure to follow product guidelines
  • Issues caused by third-party accessories or software

Water Damage Notice

Please note that water damage is explicitly excluded from our warranty coverage. While our trackers are designed to withstand light rain and splashes during normal outdoor use, they are not waterproof. Submersion in water, exposure to excessive moisture, or use in conditions beyond the product's specifications will void the warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your tracker has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:

    Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos demonstrating the fault.

    Assessment

    Our technical team will review your claim and may request additional information or ask you to return the device for inspection.

  3. 3

    Resolution

    If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your tracker at our discretion. Replacement units may be new or refurbished to the same standard as new.
