Important Information
Secure Packaging
All trackers are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each order includes the tracker, USB charging cable, quick start guide, and your pre-activated SIM card.
Working Days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Attempts
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when ordering.
