Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy.

From date of purchase - no questions asked

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return requested within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Item is in its original condition and packaging
  • All accessories, cables, and documentation are included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
  • Item is not damaged through misuse or neglect

Important: Return Postage

The customer is responsible for paying the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return arrives safely. Geo Tracks Go is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for a refund:

  • Items returned after the 30-day returns window
  • Items that have been damaged, modified, or show signs of misuse
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Subscription services or SIM data plans (these are non-refundable once activated)

Ship Your Item

Pack the item securely with all original contents and ship using tracked delivery (at your cost)

Receive Refund

Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days

Refund Information

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Partial Refunds: If an item is returned with missing accessories or damaged packaging, a partial refund may be issued.

Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or defective item due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. For manufacturing defects identified within the warranty period, we will:

  • Cover the cost of return postage
  • Offer a replacement or full refund at your choice
  • Process your claim as a priority
